All Minoxidil2U items are shipped directly from our warehouse in the United Kingdom. Products come in discreet packaging with no reference to hair loss.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards via PayPal. Eligible purchases are covered by PayPal Buyer Protection.
How long will it take to receive my package?
Minoxidil2U products are shipped same day* an order is received, from our warehouse in the UK via Royal Mail. It generally takes around 2 days for your product to be delivered. If you do want your order delivered quicker then please see delivery options at checkout.

How will I know if my order has been received or dispatched?
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from Minoxidil2U acknowledging that we have received your order, provide an order number and a summary of your order.
Once the order has been processed and dispatched Minoxidil2U will send you another email confirming your goods are on their way..
Can I cancel my order?
Providing you contact us before your order is dispatched we should be able to cancel your order without a problem. To do this, email us at [email protected] with your order number and delivery address. If the order is still being processed we will cancel the order and refund any payment.
What if I want to return the goods?
Minoxidil2U are confident our products are of the highest quality and want you to be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers — our philosophy is to deal with you fairly and reasonably.
If, however, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help and we are keen to prevent any negative feedback. If you have any problem with the goods we have sent you then please get in touch and we will do our utmost to ensure a quick and efficient resolution to any issues.
We accept returns for unused goods returned in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received them. Minoxidil2U should be notified of pending returns and goods should be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please provide the order number and your name & address with the item you are returning. Once the item has been received a full refund will be issued directly into your PayPal account. Please note return postage charges are not refundable.
Are your products genuine?
All of our products are genuine goods that are purchased directly from the product manufacturers. Each product is of the highest quality and, due to the high turnover of goods, is supplied from fresh stock with long expiry dates. We will never sell date-expired goods.
